Ms. Nivine Issa

Nivine Issa is a Partner at AESG and the Global Director of Environment. She graduated from the Kingston University of London with a Masters in Sustainable Environmental Development. She has worked on some of the world’s most impressive projects, providing project management and technical consultancy services for a variety of complex technical and strategic environmental studies and advisory projects. Nivine also directs AESG’s business development efforts in KSA and has been instrumental to the company’s growth in the Kingdom. With a combined environmental and sustainable development educational background and experience, having worked for a regional consulting firm and the United Nations Development Program prior to joining AESG, Nivine’s projects portfolio varies between government advisory projects, environmental policy, environmental impact assessment and waste management design studies on a multitude of projects throughout the region varying from commercial, marine and offshore developments, industrial, utilities and infrastructure. Nivine also leads the advisory workforce at AESG that is working on a number of strategic consulting and government advisory projects across the region on matters relating to EHS, infrastructure, environmental policy, climate change and environmental management systems. She is also a published author in scholarly journals on topics relating to climate change, oil spills, sustainability and flood risk assessments. She was awarded ‘Female Leader of the Year’ at the Construction Week Middle East Awards 2022. Nivine currently manages a team of environmental engineers, ecologists, certified environmental auditors, GIS planners and environmental modelling experts at AESG who together deliver an ever-expanding breadth of in-house environmental and waste engineering services.
